Hey Lesbo, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you please send us a screenshot of the prompt you keep getting so that we can have a visual too?

 

Did you reboot your computer since you first noticed this?

 

Also, do you happen to have an antivirus or a firewall running on your computer perhaps?

 

Keep me posted and we'll take it from there.

    Hi,

    No Anti-Virus it is MacOS

     

    When I click on the Link - Get Started, It appears to go through the installation process, but then it is back again.

    I have also restarted, carried out again, but same result.

      Me too (other than it did install the latest Dropbox version); however, the notification that I still need to update it is still there...and annoying. 😞

        Hey Lesbo and wjk71, sorry to see you're having this issue.

         

        Have you tried quitting the Dropbox app and then relaunching it from your Applications folder, to see if that helps?

    Hi, I have restarted it and it still happens.

    No Anti-Virus or Firewall running
