I have been unable to log in to Windows apps since yesterday. Whenever I try to log in, I receive an error message stating, There was a problem completing this request. I attempted to log in using various PCs, including a new one, but encountered the same error. I even tried using a different Dropbox account, but the issue persisted. It appears that there is a problem on Dropbox's end. I can still log in through any browser without any difficulties. Please someone help me..

Hi. I reinstalled my windows then i must reinstalled dropbox app. So i don't received a verify email to get a code. I try to resend but nothing more. What can i do now?

Since you can access your account online, could you check your Security page, and let me know how many active devices you have?
Is it possible that you're on a Basic account, and that you've exceeded the limit of 3 devices?

If you try to access your account online, are you able to do so? As for the code, have you also checked your junk/spam folder, for any emails there?
