Installed Dropbox on a new laptop but my files won't sync

Hi Hannah,

No, there is no dropbox  icon, and I don't know what a sync icon is.

I may have made a mistake when I installed it. When I first started with dropbox around 2010, there were no plans; as I said in my post, website, password, and there go went. I never paid anything and therefore I assume that I have a personal plan. Maybe I didn't pay attention as to what plan I was trying to download but I'll try again.

Hi Eastgary, were you able to install the Dropbox desktop application, sign into your account in the app, and have your files sync successfully?
