Sorry to see you're having issues with the Dropbox application, Eastgary.
Can you actually see your Dropbox folder? Does it contain all your files and do they have any sync icons on them?
If you don't see the Dropbox icon, can you reinstall the app, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah,
No, there is no dropbox icon, and I don't know what a sync icon is.
I may have made a mistake when I installed it. When I first started with dropbox around 2010, there were no plans; as I said in my post, website, password, and there go went. I never paid anything and therefore I assume that I have a personal plan. Maybe I didn't pay attention as to what plan I was trying to download but I'll try again.
Thanks,
Eastgary
