    Hey Rick93422, thanks for posting to our Community today and sorry to hear you're having trouble with this.

     

    Try opening your "Activity Monitor", to see if there are any Dropbox processes that may be preventing Dropbox from being removed from your device.

     

    In the Activity Monitor, if you see any items that refer to Dropbox, or recognize any programs that you may have linked to Dropbox, please perform the following steps:

     

    • Click on the process to select it
    • Click on the 'X' at the top left corner of the screen to "Force a process to quit".

     

    After that's done, try uninstalling again, to see if it works.
