Hi All,
Not looking to criticise the practice per se, as it of course offers robustness against exploits affecting the app.
Just wondering if Dropbox staff might comment on the auto-update with no option to turn it off, given the recent high-profile failure of Crowdstrike.
For myself, I wouldn't mind the option of postponing an update, rather like Windows Update allows you to (T&Cs would of course require users to accept responsibility for failing to install an update).
Thoughts?
Thx,
Mike
