Dear all,

I have Windows 11, latest Dropbox professional version (University of Florida) installed. Files and folder located inside the Dropbox folder located in D are very slow to open. Files in C and D drive outside the dropbox folder open fast. This tells me hard drives are fine, it is the Dropbox folder the issue. If I move big or small files from D:\UFL Dropbox\ into D:\ they are very very fast to open. When I move them back, very slow to open. This speed issue also occurs when I pause Dropbox or I quit it entirely. Any suggestions?

Hey @acanestrelli, let's jump right into this!

It's rather odd that this behavior is present even when you pause or quit our app.

Normally, had this been Dropbox-related, then the issue would pause the moment you stop our app. Would you mind clarifying the Dropbox version you're using on your end?

When did this start happening?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
