Hey Sasikumar_K, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please let me know if this persists after clearing your browser's cache or on an incognito window? What about other browsers?
Have you updated your browser to the latest version by the way?
Keep me posted!

Hello,
The problem persists on Google Chrome 108.0.5359.125 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I checked Firefox, the extension works well.
Clearing cache did not help and in incognito window also it doesn't work.
Thanks

Hi Sasikumar_K, if you have your other devices ready and recovery words, have you tried removing and reinstalling the extension?

Hello,
When I use the recovery code in Firefox, it hangs and not completing the action.
So, I gave up and started using Chrome's default password manager.
Thanks.
