I've got Dropbox installed on an M1 MacBook. After upgrading to Ventura 13.0 it brings up a notification. If I click on "Get started" and go through all the steps in the process it appears to work, but the notification never goes away, and doesn't have any method to manually remove it. I've tried restarting the Dropbox app, and restarting the whole computer. Neither make the notification go away.
I've received notifications on my iMac and MacBook that I should update to the latest version.
The Macbook Air is fine and I now see Dropbox has moved to Locations BUT, although on the iMac it goes through the process of syncing files and telling me it take around 3 hours to move the files, after 3 attempts nothing happens.
The dialogue boxes indicates some activity for around 10 mins then it disappears with no notifications. Nothing is moved and the Dropbox icon shows an update is still required.
Dropbox is still under favourites.
I'm on v169.4.5684
Ventura 13.2.1
Thanks in advance
Thanks for posting on the forum, @mw-blb.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, did you receive the "Dropbox for macOS is now ready" notification on your iMac, but the update failed and you still see this notification on your end?
Let me know, and we can take it from there.

Yes, exactly that. It syncs the files and when I start the process it seems OK but then the dialogue box closes (after about 10 mins) and nothing more
@Dai222 and @mw-blb, can you please both check if you’ve given Dropbox full disk access on your computer via these steps?

Thank you Nancy for getting back to me.
Yes I have been giving the full access...
Hi @Dai222, do you think you could send me a couple of screenshots, in order for me to have a visual representation too?

After the 6th attempt I've managed to get it to move location.
Hopefully Dropbox will leave the location now as all of my "Open Recent" files (Pages, Numbers etc) no longer connect and I had to locate manually
