I tried using only cellular data - the problem remained

Then I tried to use VPN service - and I moved to step further where I had to input security code (which I successfully received on my email), but when I wrote it, I received the same flashing screen 😞

Do you have any service on the phone which could be preventing the app from accessing official Dropbox domains, or any kind of battery saving measure?

@Jay , I don't use battery savers. Tried to open dropbox.com in browser - everything worked great

Thanks for replying guys and video. I have Pixel 4XL and Android 12.1. Just a pure OS without any battery saving or any other settings.
I captured two cases: clean install and drop storage.
