Hi, I have full copy of my site on the hosting server in wp-content/Dropbox_Backup. How can I recreate the site with the new installation of wordpress and under the new domain different from the one in the copy of the site? (the same hosting) I already have a fresh installation of wordpress at the new address.

That's not something Dropbox does. You're likely using a backup plugin that uses Dropbox for the storage. Dropbox doesn't actually handle the backup (or restore) of your website. Contact the developers of the backup plugin that you're using.
