Yes, restarting the computer/taskbar exiting the program and restarting the program still has this problem.
Did you maybe notice this after an OS update or an update of the Dropbox app perhaps @null7?

This is a bit complicated. My dropbox has "preview" turned on and automatically installed the latest beta version. Two days ago, Windows was upgraded and restarted. After starting, dropbox asked to reconnect the computer. After reconnecting, two dropbox icons appeared on the left side of the browser. I deleted the dropbox project under the registry "\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace", uninstalled it, turned off "preview", and reinstalled the official version. Then I noticed that the menu bar was garbled, not sure if it was due to system problems or dropbox program problems. I have tried to set dropbox to English. After the program restarted, the app was in English, but the menu of the dropbox folder was still in Chinese. And the content of this menu cannot be searched in the registry.
Can we open a ticket for you then and investigate further? It’ll be helpful to have account visibility to troubleshoot this.

Thanks for your report @null7.
We've identified the issue and we should have a fix coming out shortly (starting in v208 beta, which is scheduled to be available next week).
This was quite an interesting bug to track down!
