Hi Everyone,
And thanks in advance for your help - I am on a Apple M1 max, os 12.6.3 with dropbox plus plan and have not been able to start dropbox for a number of weeks now. Have tried various ideas found on this forum including advanced resinstall but nothing has worked. Here is the output of the error log
Cheers..

Hey there @grrrrdrpbox - sorry to hear about this.
Since this persists after an advanced reinstall, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance with account and device specific information.
You can let us know your ticket ID as well so that we can look it up in our system too, if needed.
In any case, please keep us posted.

Hi Walter,
I'm on dropbox plus plan - does this allow me to raise a ticket?
Cheers
