Hi byron67, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please disable Dropbox as a location in the Files app and re-enable it to see if it makes any difference?
- Charles R.53 years agoExplorer | Level 4It’s easy. Go into your iOS Settings -> [Apps] Dropbox and turn the Allow Tracking switch on/off, depending on which state it is in.
Then, you will find it clears the Dropbox <-> Files blockage.
