Hello
I'm already install Dropbox version 195.4.4995 with offline Installer on Windows 7.
after install when i'm opening the Dropbox and it's say "Your Computer is Currently offline. Please check your network setting"
And I found on the service named "Dropbox Update Service (dbupdate)" the status is Stop, so i'm try to start but it say "The dropbox Update Service (dbupdate) service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some service stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs"
Is ther any solution?

It does sound like there's some kind of security app/service that won't allow Dropbox to connect.
Apart from the firewall, do you perhaps have any other programs like an antivirus or VPN that could be blocking Dropbox and its domains?
Also, were you able to install the Dropbox desktop application with admin privileges?

Hello i'm already disabled firewall and also disable antivirus; and i don't use VPN
Is there any apps that may affect to dropbox can't enable that service ?

Also, have you tried re-starting your device at all?

Hey, I am having the same problem as of today, Monday 08 April. Started Windows as usual, but Dropbox app would not allow me into certain folders saying I was disconnected from the Internet (not true). I tried to find the app, would not open. Also cannot re-install (even ADVANCED reninstall). I AM connected to Internet, so that's NOT the issue!
