Can't sign into the Dropbox desktop application, the page isn't reacting

Hello,

 

After downloading Dropbox, I tried to sign in and got redirect to a web page to enter my credential, when I hit SIGN IN button, the page is no reacting, or redirect back to the desktop app. Could you please help?

Hi @Annie P, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

What is the current OS of your device that you're using?

 

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains, namely, the domain for Arkose Labs, which is used for Captcha purposes?

 

This will help me to assist further!
