I recently got a new laptop.    Have Dropbox installed on old laptop, and it works fine.

However, after installing Dropbox on the new laptop, none of my files appear to be available.   I'm sure it's just something

I'm missing.    But what?

TIA!!

Hi, Are you sure you're signed in with the correct Dropbox account on your new laptop?

Go to the Dropbox icon in the system tray, click it, and confirm that you're logged in with the correct email.

If it's the same email connected to both devices, I suggest checking for syncing issues.

Click the Dropbox icon in the system tray or menu bar and look for any syncing notifications (e.g., "Syncing", "Up to date", or "Paused"). It should show "Up to date" if everything is syncing correctly.
