Option that allows you to change the image resolution before uploading

I wish to upload pictures in a small format from my iPhone.
From the album or directly taken from the camera.
Now my problem is: all pictures are 3 MB. Bigger is not always better. If I wish to scan visit cards or a simple graphic for example, 300 KB are enough
