Filter "Sync History" "Activity" or "Recents" to specific folder choices

I want to limit where Dropbox pulls it's informational notifications for these fields.  I have folders and files that get numerous incidental changes to files that are not relevant to me to see.

 

I want to be able to either select or filter which folders or files get these notifications (or other filter mechanism, Regex, file types, wildcard, etc....)
