What’s the difference between the "Sync History" and the "Activity" tab on macOS?
I'm on a Mac. When I click the Dropbox icon in the Mac menu bar, there are separate lists for "Sync History" and "Activity." What is the difference in what these lists show? In my case, they both show changed files, but the lists are not exactly the same.

[this] is the link i have been using. it seems to work for everyone else.
Are you sure you have access to the link? If I try to access the link while I'm signed in to Dropbox, I get the same error message that you're seeing.
However, if I'm not signed in to my account, I get a form stating that I need to be signed in to confirm my identity. To me it seems like the link has been shared with specific people and you don't have access.

Welcome to the Community, bbcal!
There’s a slight difference indeed between those two tabs on your desktop app; as the name implies, the “Sync history” tab shows additions and deletions of files that synced to your Dropbox account. This tab also allows you to prioritize which files you wish to sync next.
As for the “Activity” tab, this one displays the files you recently opened and/or edited, starting with the most recent.
Hope this clarifies things a bit.
