Add additional documents to an existing signature template

Hi megchelle11, thanks for messaging the Community,

Signature templates are meant to be used for all used, and if you were to edit or add documents, you would need to cancel the existing signature requests.

What you could do instead is keep the generic template, and create a new template for each client with the supplemental documents.

Would this satisfy your requirements?

I don't believe so.  I need to have a client onboarding template that I can use with each new client without having to re-create and re-tag the document every time as that would be super time consuming.

Our need is to be able to have a template that can be in place to re-use with each client but also be able to add in the supplemental forms that are specific to each client before sending.
