Problems sign-in

I am having problems entering one of my accounts in Dropbox, I do have the password for the account but it is asking for a code to verify me which is being sent directly to an old in-active email, that I don't access anymore. What should I do in this case, I cannot pass the step without the code to change anything in dropbox account.

    When you say you can't access anymore, can you clarify if you'd be able to re-create it or regain access to it somehow to get the one time code?
