Our users are getting emails from the Dropbox no-reply account to download a file, why?

Our end-users recently received an email from no-reply@dropbox.com requesting our users to download a file.  It was from knownuser@outlook.com which is from a spammer using someone's real name.  Have businesses just been blocking no-reply@dropbox.com?  I have to admit it is a clever way to get around most security policies.  A good link followed by a bogus file.

Hi smith2515, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are these emails related to a shared files or shared link on a Dropbox user's account?

This will help me to assist further!
