My work account has become disabled. What can I do?

I am writing this on behalf my work account which got disabled. Unfortunately, our team admin was not able to renew the plan on time and download the files!!

Now we are unable to login to our respective DB accounts! Is there any other way we can contact support or something to try and retrieve our files and/or possibly even reinstate our team account?? We were on a Business Plan.

Hey aileenlee86, thanks for posting here!

I'd be happy to send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.

    Is that okay?

    Let me know!

I just sent an email but not to the address you provided, but to your Community-linked email address.

I'll be happy to see you there, thanks!
