My invitee for the family plan receives error message when trying to join
Upgraded to Dropbox Family Plan and sent an invite but when the person i invited tries to join they get an error message stating there was an error but not to worry their info was saved to a 2 GB acc...

If they open your link through a different browser or a private browsing window, does that help?
Keep in mind that there's also a scheduled maintenance happening right now, so that might be affecting this process as well.
