I have just signed in for a plus membership - but still I cannot write support directly og get acces to my account - because you have the 6-digit code sent to email as the onto two-step procedure.

Hi,
I have the same problem. My ESP "Teleline" is closed, and I need to change the mail communication for receiving the confirmation digits to install on my new PC.

Hi viroroi, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
