If I'm guessing this correctly, it sounds like you lost your phone number & you no longer recall the password to your Dropbox account, right?
Would you mind clarifying if you're having trouble receiving our 6-digit security code, or if you have 2FA enabled for your Dropbox account?

Yes, I want to receive the security word. I forgot the password and I do not have an email address.

If so, you'll need to use the backup codes you were given when you enabled two-step verification. If you're not already signed in on another device, then without the backup codes there's no way to gain access to the account.
If it's sending a one-time code to your email address, and NOT your phone, then you need an active email address on the account to receive the codes. You can try contacting Support, but they may not be able to help you if you don't have access to your email address.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
