I joined a team and now my plan has been cancelled. How can I go back to a personal account again?
I joined a dropbox team and then my account was cancelled.
Why did it do this?
How do I get my account back to where it was before cancelling?
Thanks

Hey zamboknee! Thanks for posting here.
I've removed your link for security reasons, since we're not allowed to click on any here on the forum. You can always attach a screenshot here though with the following button:
If the admin of the Dropbox team you joined sent you a request and you followed the prompts to become a team member, then this is expected. If you also had a paid subscription previously, then it should be cancelled indeed and you should’ve received a prorated refund for the remainder of your billing cycle.
To go back to a personal account, you’ll need to ask the admin to convert your account to a personal one again with these steps (and to NOT delete it). After that, you can upgrade again to the plan you previously had.
Let me know if you have any further questions though.

My admin says it won't let him change my access.

I see, zamboknee. Have they told you what they see exactly? If they’ve sent you any screenshots, feel free to attach them here; it’d be great to have a visual.
Other than that, I can see you’ve logged a ticket with our support team; they’ll reply back to it and further help.

working on a screenshot. However, clicking on the 'camera' above doesn't allow me to access my hard drive to upload a screenshot. Only gives me 'source', 'image description' and 'constraints.'
