I can't access my account, and a shared link on there is active
Help me it's urgent here I have this link that I created on another account whose email I lost access to so I can't connect I had put a file with all my personal information but when I go to the link...

Hi julie35, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If a shared link is active on an account, it will remain active until the user disables it.
As you mentioned you don't have access to the account, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.
