I can't access any account to to old email
Please help me I've lost everything my old email had 20 years worth of my life connected to I've lost every single photo of my pasted grandmother to my children I have no access to my old email no access to my old phone number no access to any of the old phones I had I lost everything when I got this new phone it gave me a new number and I lost everything please help me get into my account or join them together I just want the pictures of my grandma and my kids

Without access to the email its very unlikely you will get in: https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/lost-email-access
You mention you lost phone number as well. Does that mean you had 2FA set up? If so there is no way to get access again unless you have the recovery codes given upon set up. Dropbox wont circumvent that security.
Also, how long is it since you last logged in?
