Hi RCNET, thanks for messaging the Community!
It's possible that this was a shared file from Dropbox.
Another possibility is that this wasn't a genuine email. Could you attach a screenshot showing the email you received, while hiding any personal info, in order to determine this?
This will help me to assist further!

Hello Jay,
Here are some images...
#1. The opened email.
#2. Clicking on the One Dive window to "get document"
#3. Ending up in DropBox with a "shaded" screen and a sign in to my Microsoft acount, I suppose my email.
BUT...when my acutal microsoft email account is entered...I get an error message as you can see that can not find that account.
So... I went to another window and signed into my microsoft account and it works fine.
