Anti-Virus Scan Within Dropbox

Does Dropbox have back-ground or upload scanning mechanism for files.  i.e. If a file got passed our anti-virus tool on the Desktop, would/does Dropbox scan the uploaded file for viruses? Thanks ...

Maybe should have posted this to a different group?

 

Can this be moved to a more active group, or do I have reinput it all?
