Why do my emails begin with "HI **bleep**"?

All of my emails from Dropbox start with the greeting: HI **bleep**. For example, I received one today. This is literally the copy: Hi **bleep**, A new web browser just signed in to your Dropbox ...

If your emails begin like that, then you've actually changed your 'name' on the account to be those words.
