Rinconman, after restarting your device, did you follow the same steps again, and there’s no Apply button showing still? Are you seeing any other options perhaps?

Same after restart. I need to hold the option key and I see the box to "Reset File System Warning options". If I let go of the option key it disappears. So while holding the option key I click on it and it looks to press (changes color) but there is no prompt like apply.

Thanks for the additional info, Rinconman.
I'd like you to try something; as a test, try to move a file out of your Dropbox folder, to see if all file system warnings have been affected or just the file locking one.
If you try to move a file out of Dropbox, you should get a pop-up warning you that the file will be deleted, so let me know what you find.

I do get the system warning that it will be deleted from all devices when trying to move out of DB. I did not check that one to no longer show it so it shows every time. I do not get the locking message.
