Not receiving the verification email
We've tried requesting a verification email in both Edge and Firefox and the emails are not being sent. I have checked the spam filter and there's no messages logged there.

Have you also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, to see if that helps?

Good morning Hannah,
I already have that email in my contacts for my other email address. This email address is an alias because someone how my dropbox got deleted from my original email address.
