Dear All,

Thanks for the update!
If you're seeing this, you're accessing the page, while logged in to your account.
You need to access it from a private browsing/incognito window, without logging in to your Dropbox, to see the form Megan mentioned.
I hope this helps!

Hey SG18, sorry to hear about this.
Do you perhaps have any other devices that are linked to the account? The security code would be sent to those as well.
If not, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team directly. You can do so by opening a private browsing window on your browser and going to this page.
Make sure to put in an email address you are able to access, fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.
Once you have your ticket number, please send it to us as well.
Thanks!

Hi Megan,
Than you very much. I cannot create a ticket because I think that's not possible for basic subscribers. On the help page I found the following and correct me if I'm wrong but it seems in this case no future access is possible:
If your email service provider is able to restore access to your email account, reset your Dropbox password and then update your email address.
If you still can't access your email account, you won't be able to reset your password or sign in to your Dropbox account. This security measure allows us to better protect your account from unauthorized access. However, we cannot change the email address associated with your account for security reasons.

Hey SG18, if you make sure to follow Megan's steps above, you will be able to create a ticket for your case, no matter the plan you have.
Let me know when you have your ticket number.
Thanks!
