I can't log into my account, since I can't be identified.
Can't log in, answered security questions via email only to be told that I can't be identified....sign in uses old email address that I cannot access. I'm still signed in on opad and laptop but can't...

It sounds like you don't have access to the email address linked to your Dropbox account, therefore you can't receive the 6-digit-security-code, right?
You mentioned that you answered the security questions via email, so is it safe to assume you were in contact with our Support team?
If so, feel free to send me your ticket number, in order for me to locate it on our system.
Since you have access to an old iPad and laptop, you can try downloading your files from there, and then creating a new account.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
