Unknown billing for free account
I’ve been billed $11.99 since last August but I only have a free 2G account. How can I get refunded for all of these charges?

Is it possible that you have another account that could be tied to those payments?
You can use our payment lookup tool, to find out the email address associated with the paid account.
Is it one you own? And are you able to sign in to it to contact our support team about your request?
