I have a fraudulent charge from dropbox.com on my checking account. I looked up the receipt number and the information the receipt is linked to is not my information. I cannot get in touch with anyone from Dropbox. My bank has advised me to get in touch with someone and I can’t. I just need to speak with someone ASAP!
