I paid, but still get messages that I am out of storage.
I pay $119.88 a year for 2TB of storage, but I keep getting notices that my storage space of 2GB is full and I need to upgrade...I cannot find a way to get this corrected. Any Ideas?

You're likely signed in to a different account from the one you're paying for. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for.

I have the same problem. Dropbox mentioned I didn't pay by creditcard, but that was incorrect. i paid, well my credit card did....

I am customer since the beginning. Now I have paid for PLUS subscription, but Dropbox claims it is a basic one. I can't get through (because I have now basic subscription) to support. Credit card payment has been accepted

Same advice that I gave above... use the credit card charge lookup tool to verify the account that it says you're paying for. Does it show the same email address as the one you use to sign in to your account?
