I didn't authorize Dropbox to charge me. How can I get a refund?
I need my money back NOW SO I CAN FEED MY KIDS AND DROPBOX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY DEBIT CARD WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION- SHAME IN YOU DROP BOX

Please keep in mind that Dropbox can’t charge you unless you manually upgrade your account and you don’t cancel your plan later on.
However, I can see you’ve already reached our support team about this, and they’ve replied to your email. Please make sure to respond back to them, when possible, and they’ll take it from there.
