I don't see your email in any of my accounts or folders. How can we confirm my email without posting it for all in the community to see?

Sorry to jump in here, msprings.
The email address Megan used would be the one associated with your Community profile, which should be the one you see in your Dropbox account settings.
Can you also check your spam/junk folder in case it went there?

I use the same email across my cloud platforms. I'm not receiving anything from dropbox to the email on my account. Here are a couple of screenshots of my inbox, spam, and trash (all of which have been redacted for privacy). Aside from resetting my password to confirm my email, there's nothing from dropbox... I performed the same function across my other emails. Still nothing. This email debacle is just one of the reasons why limiting access to dropbox phone customer support is beyond silly. You can't always account for issues that need to be solved with live support.

Hi msprings, can you try accessing this page, when using an incognito tab on your browser (and while you're signed out of your Dropbox account) and sending us a support request?
