You should be able to cancel your subscription yourself following these instructions, or these if you purchased though an app store like Apple or Google Play. In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions are non-refundable.
Are you having a problem trying to cancel on your own? If so, take a look at your Plan page. What plan does it say you're on? How are you being charged? Is it a credit card, PayPal, etc., and do you see a reference to Apple or Google?
