Question about upgrade account and cancel
My current account has 15G storage, if I upgrade it to 3T for one month free trail, after one month trial, if I do not plan to continue, my account will be returned to basic account, at that time, it will be 15G or 2G storage? thanks
Hey hgong2, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to the Community!
When you downgrade your account from the Professional plan back to the Basic plan, your account's quota will go back to what you had before upgrading.
You won't be losing any promotional space or space you've earned through referrals. Actually, space earned through referrals will be doubled on the Professional plan, but will get halved when you downgrade back to the Basic plan.
I hope this information helps!
