Paid for Dropbox Plus but I'm still on the Basic plan
I paid to upgrade to the Plus plan this morning and my account still shows that I'm out of storage. There's a receipt in my account showing I paid, but I can't even chat with a customer service pers...
I can't even find WHERE to submit the billing help request. Following the link just leads me to more help topics. When I'm logged into my account it shows the transaction but if I click on "receipt" it goes to an error screen.
