My Dropbox account became Basic after a Business trial, even though I had paid for a personal plan.
I trialled the business plan after much 'pushing' from dropbox. now it has ended and I seem to be downgraded to a basic account when I had already paid for the professional essentials account. Please help.

Thanks for your response. At the time I posted I hadn't paid for the upgrade, so no refund was issued. I was engaging with support and was on the live chat for about an hour and I wasn't getting anywhere - especially the live chat where I was consistently told which plan to get (despite sharing that I had already purchased a plan many times), so I panicked and spent the money upgrading to protect my files. Lesson learned- make sure everything is backed up on an external device and research alternatives for the future!
