We’re facing the exact same issue with our Dropbox business account—payment was processed on November 23 to extend our subscription through 2025, yet our account is now blocked, demanding another payment. This is completely unacceptable and has essentially brought our business operations to a halt.
I’ve just posted about this in a new thread as well, hoping Dropbox addresses this ASAP.
