Hi Samantha brunella,
Recently you downgraded to our free Basic plan. Once this billing cycle ends, your account will exceed its new, smaller storage cap. Then you won’t be able to save new files or sync existing content until you free up space.
Resubscribe to a Dropbox plan and get the storage you need for your existing files.
PS. I'M TRYING TO UPLOAD THE FILE, BUT UNTIL NOW IT DID NOT WORK ON MOBILE-PHONE
