I'm unable to cancel my Basic trial via my Google Play account.
I am attempting to cancel the Basic Subscription BEFORE the trial period ends and none of your instructions are working. I installed the app on my Android phone; there is no Step #4 ("How to Cancel") and Google Play doesn't even recognize the app! So much trouble, so little time. What to do next?

Hey P_P! Thanks for posting on the Community today.
Dropbox Basic is a free plan, so there are no trials or charges for using it. Do you mean that you upgraded your Dropbox account to a different kind of trial perhaps, like the Plus trial, and you did it via the Google Play app on your phone?
If yes, feel free to send me a few screenshots of the trial you see on your end and of what appears when trying to cancel it.
