I'm not able to upgrade my plan
Hi, i'm trying to upgrade my plan to the Professional one (now there's a 30days free period and I would like to join it), but when the Paypal window pop-up, I give dropbox the access to my Paypal acc...
Ok, i finally manged to upgrade my plan. I did it on the Dropbox App and it worked immediately. Thank you again for your help!
No, in this moment i'm in the free version of Dropbox, but I would like to upgrade it to the plus/pro depending on what's the one withe the 30 free trial.
So in this page i click on "esegui l'upgrade", then i follow all the steps to register the account and plan (i have thee 3Tb version for free for 30 days, i select the monthly payment, select Paypal as payment method, then the Paypal window pop-up, i compile the all the information then when i click on "accept and buy" the dropbox home page appears but it always shows me the notification "upgrade your plan"
